With an abundance of pears on the tree this year,
we decided to make Pear Cider, or "Perry"
using Adam's cider press.

After cutting out the bad spots, the pears are added
and ground up into a 5 gal. bucket below.

After fermenting, the pear pulp is crushed into juice.
