I can never
say exactly where a position or task will lead me, and have found
that too narrow a focus often leads me astray from achieving the greatest
possible triumphs. With this in mind, I often seek to concentrate
my efforts within a manageable and appropriate scope. This is the
balance I believe is required for significant headway in an unwieldy
field as the environment. Thus I cannot say exactly what my contribution
at any one employment might be, however, I can say that the focused
determinism that has allowed me to succeed in a diversity of fields,
and the enthusiasm that pushes my efforts beyond required duties,
will each culminate in contributions both practical and innovative.
I therefore believe that enthusiasm, innovation, determinism, and
practicality are my greatest contributions; these are my personal
cornerstones of progress.
I am a student
for life. I live and I learn. Thus, what I desire from my time spent
doing any type of work is simply experience. At the age of 29, I have
plenty of so-called "real-world" experience, as well as
"academic" experience. Now, with a diploma, plenty of lessons
learned the hard way, and on-the-ground experience, I simply wish
to work with others toward environmental progress and community development.
I wish to learn from them: their mistakes and their triumphs, and
share my experiences for their benefit. An exchange such as this leaves
the world better than we found it..
