Iowa's Unincorporated Towns
The idea behind this project is to capture the past. Many of these towns were thriving fifty years ago,
and the remains of some of the old stores, houses and schools are still standing- but rapidly deteriorating.
My intention is not to show the towns' good side, but rather to look at what once was- sometimes in a creative way.
There are a lot of unincorporated towns in Iowa, and I imagine it will take me a while to capture them all,
so check back to see updates! Unless otherwise stated, all photos below were taken by me with a
