The mighty whole-grain brew.

A basic set-up.

Starting from the top, a cooler converted into a lauter tun extracts sugars from the grains, creating a run-off of sweet wort. Below, a converted 16G keg with an attached spicket is the brew kettle for boiling the wort. A propane King-Kooker heats the liquor (water) for sparging the sugar from the grains.

Extract Brew:

A much simpler and less time consuming method of brewing. Most of my experience brewing is with this method. I have a few good recipies I plan to post here in the future!
